Meet John Mshooshian, Principal and Owner
Two Decades of Satisfying Homeowners
John Mshooshian, principal and owner of Raven Homes, lives in Northborough with his wife Kathy and sons Mark and Matthew. John graduated Bentley College in 1986 with finance and accounting degrees. He then worked for several real estate development and construction companies. John discovered his passion when he built his own first home and always wanted to own his own business. In 1994, he fulfilled both his passion and his dream of being an entrepreneur by starting his own residential general contracting business.
As a Massachusetts licensed residential builder and general contractor, John is an expert in his field. He’s built more than 70 homes. He’s completed many additions, interior and exterior remodels, as well as kitchen and bath remodels. He’s also turned many basements into comfortable living spaces. And now after more than 20 years, he sees being able to do what he loves a gift! This feeling is what energizes and inspires him in his dealings with customers, suppliers and subcontractors every day.
